Wear gloves and use a plastic Scraper to clean up the cured resin. (Do not use a metal Scraper.)
If the above situation cannot be solved, please refer to step 4.
1. Use a plastic spatula to stir the resin back and forth and observe whether there is any solidified resin residue .
2.The resin can be filtered using a filter(Do not pour out the resin through the back side of the vat to avoid the damage to the resin vat.)
Pour the resin back into the resin bottle. After all the resin has been poured back, check whether the release film has bulges and whether there is any solidified resin residue on the release film.
If you encounter this problem, it is recommended that you replace the release film. Please refer to ACF Film Replacement Guide
