The ACE Pro delivers filament individually through four tubes, auto loads and unloads the filaments, to eliminates messes or tangling. In addition, ACE Pro makes full use of each spool and automatically transitions to the next spool of the same color and material, effectively improving printing efficiency. However, if used improperly, it will greatly shorten the service life of ACE Pro. To reduce the risk of ACE Pro failure, please follow the tips below for printing.
1. ACE Pro supports PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, PET, PA, PC, PP, HIPS. Do not print flexible materials, such as TPU, to prevent them from getting stuck in the ACE Pro channel during printing. In addition, do not print too hard or too brittle materials, such as PLA-CF/GF, PLA Silk and luminous materials, to prevent problems such as wear ACE Pro channels or breakage of materials during printing.
2. It is recommended to preferentially use plastic plates in order to obtain better printing smoothness. If the paper tray is used, it may slip, friction and other phenomena, resulting in debris. It is recommended to use with the tray adapter ring. You can refer to the following document to print and install the paper thread reel outer ring.

3. During the printing process, the material is pushed and pushed repeatedly, which may cause the phenomenon of sliding disc to loose the materials in the tray. After our internal testing, this phenomenon has a low probability of affecting the printing process, and there is no need to worry too much. Moreover, because ACE Pro has the detection function of entanglement and blockage, the machine will find the abnormal consumables in time and suspend printing, and resume printing after manually solving the anomaly, which will effectively ensure the success rate of model printing.
4. Please note that the pipe is at risk of wear due to friction of materials. We recommend that you regularly check whether the material tube is worn and replace it in time. If the worn material tube is not replaced in time, the feeding failure or material blocking may occur.
