During printing, you may hear a pulling sound as the platform rises. This is a normal phenomenon, caused by the separation of each layer of cured resin from the FEP film, and the sound level is related to the tightness of the FEP film, the exposed surface area of each layer, the resin material, and other factors.
If the sound is exceptionally loud, it may be due to the occurrence of a vacuum environment during the printing process, which increases the pulling force. To avoid this situation, when printing a hollow model, it is necessary to punch holes after hollowing out, and it is best to punch two holes, with the lower hole closer to the printing platform.
