Click "System" - "Versions", and you can view the current machine firmware version number in the version column.
¶ 3.Remote OTA upgrade firmware
¶ OTA firmware upgrade on device
Remote firmware upgrade requires network support and connection to the cloud server.

¶ Step 1: Turn on the machine
Connect the power supply: Then return to the front of the machine and press and hold the start button for 3-4 seconds to turn on the machine.
¶ Step 2: OTA upgrade
1.Click "Versions" - "OTA upgrade".
2.Click "Confirm" to OTA upgrade.
Wait for the firmware download to complete.
3.Upgrading, will automatically restart after completion.
¶ 4. Local upgrade
¶ Step 1: Download the firmware

¶ Step 2: Unzip the firmware
Unzip the downloaded firmware and put it in the root directory of the USB drive.
Tips:
1. The U disk format is FAT32.
2. Do not change the firmware file name.
3. The firmware is placed in the root directory of the U disk, not in a folder, to avoid being unable to read the firmware information.
4. The U disk needs to be ejected safely on the computer, do not unplug the U disk directly to avoid losing the firmware file information.
¶ Step 3: Turn on the machine
1. Turn on the power; then go back to the front of the machine and press and hold the start button for 2 seconds to turn it on.
2.Insert the USB drive with the firmware into the USB port on the right side of the printer.
¶ Step 4: Upgrade firmware via USB
1.Click "Versions" - "Local Upgrade".
2.Click: "Confirm" Local upgrade.
3.Upgrading, will automatically restart after completion.
4.FAQ
Click Upgrade, and it will prompt "No upgrade file found".
(1) Please check whether the firmware is copied to the USB flash drive.
(2) The firmware is placed in the root directory of the folder.
(3) Do not change the firmware file name.
(4) It is recommended to change another USB flash drive and try to update.
