¶ Troubleshooting Guide
When the material tank is insufficient, please add resin or the release force is zero. If the error message is repeatedly reported but the problem has not been solved, you can refer to the following steps to troubleshoot the problem.

¶ Step 1: Check the mechanical sensor
Make sure the mechanical sensor harness is not loose. You can refer to this link for troubleshooting:

Check that the mechanical sensor harness is not loose. You can refer to step 2 for troubleshooting.
¶ Step 2: Mechanical sensor calibration
1. Click "Settings" → "System Settings" → "About" → "Details".
2. Click the device name about 10 times until the machine mechanical calibration page appears.
3. Follow the mechanical calibration guide to complete the calibration steps.
4. For accurate data, we recommend that you try the mechanical calibration operation several times. After the calibration is completed, you can print again.
