Please check whether the X-axis motor cable is connected incorrectly or loose.
Please check whether the X-axis motor adapter cable is connected incorrectly or loose.
Please check whether the pin of the X-axis motor adapter plate is bent or loose. If the pin of the X-axis motor adapter board is indeed damaged, you need to raplace a new adapter board.

(1) Use S2.5 allen key to remove the two screws securing the bottom plate. Then unplug the cooling fan cable and remove the bottom plate.
(2) Please check whether the motherboard connection wire is connected incorrectly or loose.
(1)To check whether the motor is damaged, please use diagonal pliers to clamp the number 1 and 3 pins from left to right, while moving the print head. If there is a large resistance when moving, it indicates that the motor is working normally. If there is no resistance to move the print head, the motor is damaged and needs to be replaced.

(2)Adjust the universal meter to the buzzer gear, and use the universal meter to check the continuity of the motor connection line.
