1. The printer is connected to the ACE Pro. If the machine has a fault, this code will be displayed.
2. The printer is not connected to the ACE Pro, that is, it prints in monochrome, and this code will not be displayed.
Please set the tray position, color, consumables, and type.
If printing cannot be restored, please follow step 2 to troubleshoot.
1. Open the print head housing.
2. Please check the material break detection module to see if there are any consumables left. If there are any consumables left, please refer to the following steps to troubleshoot.
3. Pull the handle to the right and use a section of filament to push the remaining filament into the extruder.
4. Pull out the consumables on the upper end of the hub, make sure the material break detection module is not triggered, and then reinstall the print head housing and Teflon tube in place.
If printing cannot be restored, follow the steps below to troubleshoot.
The material break detection module is damaged. Please refer to Kobra 3 Combo-Print Head Material Break Detection Board Replacement Guide.
