Please click the "ACE1" from the display screen, select the consumables and click "Retract" to observe whether the consumables can be returned to ACE Pro.
If the consumables cannot be returned to the ACE Pro, please loosen the pneumatic head on the back of the printer to check that the consumables can be pulled out manually.
If the filament pull back the ACE Pro, but the printer still reports this error, there may be broken filament in the extruder. Please disassemble the extruder according to the following documents to check whether there is any broken material and whether the material break detection sensor is working properly.

If the filament cannot be manually pulled back to ACE Pro, the filament is blocked in the hotend. Please follow the steps below to clear the blocked material:
(1)Remove the print head module case, and then remove the model cooling fan connection cable.
(2)Remove the blue fixing clip, press the quick connector, and remove the teflon tube.
(3)Press the cutting knife to cut off the filament.
(4)After pulling out the filament, heat the nozzle to 250 degrees, and then use a steel needle to dredge the nozzle, and then connect the teflon tube back to the print head.
(5)Connect the cooling fan cable, install the print head module housing, and click "Resume printing".
If there is no blockage in the extruder, but the consumables cannot be pulled back to ACE Pro, the resistance of the feed path is too high and should be checked by following the steps below.
If the teflon tube above the print head is bent too much, it may cause the resistance of the consumables in the teflon tube to be too large to be pulled back into the ACE Pro. Please try to straighten the material tube or print auxiliary support mounted on the print head, which can reduce the resistance of the material return.
If the filament can be returned to the teflon tube above the printhead, but not to the ACE Pro, please check the filament tracker module according to the documentation below.

If the printer is used for a long time, there may be consumable debris in the four-in-one-out component, resulting in excessive resistance to material return. Please follow the following document to disassemble four in one out cleaning supplies.

Because TPU hardness is low, it is not possible to use ACE Pro feed. Please check whether the consumables in ACE Pro are low or high hardness, and then replace the filament to check whether it can be returned normally.
