This code appears during the printing process because the filament is broken in the extruder break detection module, causing an error.
S2.5 Allen key*1
1. Remove the print head housing.
2. Observe whether the consumables remain in the extruder material break detection.
3. Press the buckle and (1) pull the Teflon tube upward (2) to remove the broken material from the Teflon tube.
4. Please reinsert the Teflon tube into the hub.
5. Click "Resume" and print. If this code pops up again when you resume printing, follow step 2 to troubleshoot.
1. Use an S2.0 hexagonal wrench to remove the fixing screw.
2. The hub inlet is blocked.
3.Please pull the extruder handle to the right and pull out the filament at the same time.
4. Install the hub on top of the print head and tighten the fixing screws using an S2.0 hexagonal wrench.
5.Click "Resume"to print.
If the above steps cannot be restored, follow the steps below to troubleshoot.
Check whether the buffer mechanism is dry, as shown in the following figure:

Tidy up the Teflon tube.
